Much more action this week than the last few weeks, and the fight scenes between Ed and Number 48 were particularly well-done. This episode is a perfect example of how to give just enough information to keep viewers coming back for more without being too oblique. Next week’s looks to be more soul searching, this time on Al’s part, with the reappearance of Winry and the crucial missing piece of Ed’s automail. A little more Mustang as well, perhaps? We can only hope.
